Is free shipping possible?

Yes, for orders from PLN 350 within Poland.

Is it possible to collect the goods in person?

No, it is not possible.

Do you provide customers with receipts?

Yes, we do. The following information must be provided on the receipt (with VAT): Subjective exemption from VAT, art. 113.

How are the parcels packed?

Each product is packed for shipment by using a GOTS organic cotton dust bag with our original prints. The bags can later be used by our clients, e.g. as reusable shopping bags. The only foil we use to send orders are foil packages that come from recycled foil.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, it is possible to shop without registration. However, we encourage everyone to set up an account as it allows to track the status of the order, edit data, create order history, etc.

What are the payment methods?

We use DotPay, Paypal and PayPo systems with deferred payment. We also accept traditional transfers and cash on delivery. We provide our account number if you opt for a bank transfer:

Can the goods be delivered as gifts?

Yes. Shipping as a gift requires an additional payment of 30 PLN. The customer can send their own message or wishes to the recipient.

What is the delivery time – from order placement to delivery to the customer?

Up to 3 working days in Poland for standard orders. The duration of personalised orders is set individually with the client. We are not responsible for courier delays.
